What you will do
- Configure, implement, and maintain the Kemmerer Power Station corrective action program software.
- Develop processes, standards, and high-quality procedures for corrective actions and performance improvement.
- Analyze corrective action data, identify trends, monitor performance indicators, and prepare status reports.
- Coordinate cross-discipline software and CAP development with internal departments, project partners, regulators, vendors, and industry organizations.
- Facilitate CAP and performance improvement screening committee meetings and participate in self-assessments, critiques, and benchmarking.
- Manage the operating experience program and evaluate innovative software and AI methods for corrective action activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing or managing a software-based corrective action program, including at least 3 years focused on software.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing or using a nuclear corrective action program.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear power plant systems, terminology, relevant standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with smart procedures or other software-based procedure tools, plus proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent technical writing, communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Cause analysis training or certification and the ability to work in accordance with ANSI/ANS 3.1 qualification requirements.
