System Design Engineer - Memory System (NAND Flash)

Salary: $85,400–$145,100 per year

What you will do

• Develop next-generation NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure.
• Design memory systems for HBF-based products.
• Manage and execute HBF stress tests.
• Verify and characterize HBF management algorithms on actual systems.
• Contribute to product development within the Emerging Technology Solutions group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical and instrumentation engineering, VLSI, or a related field.
• Knowledge of programming in a high-level language such as C, C++, or Python.
• Ability to work onsite at the Milpitas office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI server hardware and software frameworks.
• Knowledge of LLM algorithms.
• Knowledge of Flash memory.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, along with organizational and collaborative abilities.
