Commercial Associate (Energy)

Location: On-site in London, UK; relocation to London is possible.

What you will do

• Support project capital raising, investor relationship management, due diligence, and outreach.
• Oversee and refine project financial models, including plant cost models, with engineering and finance teams.
• Support and progressively lead project-level capital raises, including development facilities, grants, and project finance.
• Execute commercial initiatives from structuring through closing.
• Collaborate across departments to align financial, technical, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial, financial, or investment roles within power, energy, or infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with investors and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, initiative, and adaptability across multiple dynamic projects.
• Based in or willing to relocate to London, UK.
