Project Coordinator (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Assist project managers with managing and monitoring project work, scope, milestones, and delivery quality.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, issue and risk registers, status reports, presentations, and workshop materials.
• Take delivery responsibility for selected project work packages and help ensure timely customer deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings, schedules, resourcing, agendas, minutes, and internal communications.
• Maintain internal and client-facing SharePoint sites and attend client meetings.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders while developing a high-level understanding of TrakCare and current hirify.global projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Project Management Officer position.
• Detailed understanding of project delivery phases, milestones, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of tools and templates for project planning, tracking, reporting, budgeting, quality management, and communication.
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• Desire to grow into wider project management responsibilities.
