Field Engineer Fellow (Skillbridge)

What you will do

• Influence multi-vendor, multi-discipline teams through technical credibility and clear communication.
• Identify installation-driven risks early and prevent project delays.
• Develop and execute recovery plans when field operations diverge from the project timeline.
• Manage daily tradeoffs between project cost, quality, and speed.
• Conduct hands-on validation of complex automation installations, including adapter cells and controls.

Requirements

• Active-duty military status with at least 180 days remaining before separation or retirement.
• Written approval from the first O-4 or equivalent in the chain of command.
• Demonstrated success and leadership experience during military service.
• Technical skills may be required for specific engineering or maintenance tracks.
