Modelling Engineer (AI Hardware)

What you will do

• Develop pre-silicon models for AI acceleration hardware.
• Support architectural exploration, definition, and product design before hardware exists.
• Build functional and performance models to analyze bottlenecks and performance trade-offs.
• Enable early runtime and compiler development through virtual platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and machine learning teams in a hardware–software co-design process.

Requirements

• Experience modelling complex semiconductor IP before silicon production.
• Experience with SystemC or equivalent modelling frameworks.
• Strong C++ skills for high-performance simulation.
• Experience with performance modelling and architectural analysis.
• Experience with verification and functional modelling.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning workloads or ML accelerator architectures.
• Experience working in a startup or small team.
