Construction Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK, with travel across sites in Europe

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of hirify.global centres across Europe, from technical due diligence and pre-construction through handover.
• Develop project schedules, cost estimates, quality reports, risk registers, change logs, and stakeholder reporting.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and manage risks affecting cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate design teams, consultants, vendors, general contractors, real estate brokers, and internal operations stakeholders.
• Lead technical feasibility, test-fits, statutory permitting, tendering, procurement, and construction contract administration.
• Close out completed projects, hand them over to clinical operations, and support post-occupancy evaluations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project management, engineering, or architecture, preferably in healthcare, retail, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out design, construction methodologies, and regulatory frameworks across Europe.
• Experience managing vendors, consultants, cross-border teams, and projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with project management software and data-driven reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German language skills are a plus.
