S-tier Technical Implementation Program Manager (AI)

Location: SF Office, with travel up to 25% to clients

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer delivery of the Carebricks AI platform across multiple health systems and use cases.
• Lead discovery of clinical workflows, data sources, triggers, writeback requirements, architecture, and scope.
• Guide customer teams in establishing cohort feeds and triggers through SQL extracts, HL7 feeds, and Bulk FHIR.
• Install and configure Epic on FHIR applications, including OAuth2 background users and security points, and guide SMART on FHIR workflows.
• Implement writeback channels through FHIR create APIs, HL7 Z-segments, portal APIs, webhooks, and SMART workflows.
• Build and enforce delivery plans, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate engineering and customer IT teams through go-live and hypercare.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering integrations with EHRs, ideally Epic Systems, or major health-system IT environments.
• Hands-on fluency with HL7 v2, FHIR R4, OAuth2, app registration, and interface troubleshooting.
• Experience with cohort feeds or triggers using SQL extracts, Epic Clarity, HL7 feeds, or Bulk FHIR.
• Ability to perform or direct data-integrity validation, including sampling, reconciliation, edge-case analysis, and monitoring.
• Track record of owning implementations from discovery and build through go-live and post-live hypercare with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work from the SF office and travel to clients up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with SMART on FHIR workflow patterns.
• Experience writing clinical results back through FHIR documents, observations, or notes; HL7 Z-segments; external portal APIs; or webhooks.
