TL;DR
CMS Specialist (XML/PLM): Developing and maintaining an XML-based documentation environment with an accent on content structures and system integration. Focus on administering Docufy TechPubStudio (TPS), integrating with Teamcenter, and optimizing technical documentation processes.
Location: Hamburg or Rostock, Germany. Hybrid work (up to 8 days of mobile work per month).

What you will do
- Own and improve the Engineering CMS landscape, focusing on Docufy TechPubStudio (TPS) and Teamcenter integration.
- Define and maintain XML documentation standards, content models, templates, and style guidelines.
- Develop documentation concepts and content structures to ensure consistency and reusability.
- Act as the central point of contact for CMS topics, supporting stakeholders on standards and best practices.
- Drive system enhancements, CMS-related improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with Technical Writers and System Leads to ensure high-quality and compliant documentation delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Technical Documentation, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in Content Management Systems, technical documentation, or information architecture.
- Strong experience with XML-based CMS; experience with Docufy TechPubStudio (TPS) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Teamcenter and PLM-integrated documentation processes.
- Knowledge of XML structures, metadata management, and content modeling.
- English: Fluent (C1) required.
