Salary: $130,500–$144,500 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end video post-production workflow, including editing, color, sound, VFX, and formatting.
• Produce documentary-style edits, social cutdowns, product sizzle reels, factory tours, and company milestone videos.
• Manage multiple video projects with varying scope and complexity.
• Create and maintain platform-specific versions for web, social, and brand activations.
• Partner with videographers, designers, and Marketing leadership to implement rapid feedback loops.
• Manage digital assets, project versioning, and delivery workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in action sports, motorsports, defense, aerospace, robotics, technology, or hardware.
• Expert-level experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and a professional audio workflow such as Pro Tools or Audition.
• Experience delivering documentary-style, high-energy, and commercial-grade storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to shape narrative through visual storytelling.
• Experience owning a digital asset management tool such as Frame or Brandfolder.
• Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a portfolio showing individual ownership of deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Houdini.
• Experience with motion design.
