Per Diem Nurse Navigator (AI Healthcare)

Location: Remote from Puerto Rico

Hourly pay: $17–$19 per hour

What you will do

• Provide patient support and virtual care through phone, live messaging, video, and email.
• Apply clinically validated triage protocols and document patient interactions in the EMR.
• Coordinate laboratory, prescription, radiology, testing, and other patient-care orders.
• Support basic nursing responsibilities and troubleshoot technology with patients.
• Help improve call-center operations and the telemedicine experience through process and technology projects.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Puerto Rico required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• At least 2 years of clinical hospital experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish required.
• Strong patient communication, critical thinking, multitasking, typing, and technology skills.
• Ability to assess and communicate with patients through a text-based platform.

Nice to have

• Licensure in one or more US states.
• Prior call-center experience.
