Bilingual Pediatric Registered Nurse

Location: Remote within the United States; CST required. Nurses must physically work in the United States. Strong preference for candidates residing in Tennessee, Louisiana, Missouri, or Illinois. Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm CST.

Salary: $40-$47 per hour, plus company benefits and potential participation in an employee equity purchase program.

What you will do

• Provide proactive pediatric care, clinical triage, and frequent virtual touchpoints for patients and families.
• Perform comprehensive assessments covering clinical, psychosocial, discharge planning, and financial needs.
• Develop and communicate individualized plans of care, milestones, and goals with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary partners.
• Coordinate transitions of care after emergency department, inpatient, or urgent care visits.
• Document care management assessments and interventions and evaluate the effectiveness, safety, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of care.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, dietary, and other members of the care team.

Requirements

• Active RN license in at least one state, with eligibility to register for additional state licenses.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of pediatric experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Ability to work the specified CST schedule and provide culturally competent, family-centered care.
• Experience in outpatient care, home health, complex care, pediatric ICU, or emergency medicine is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of care coordination or case management experience.
• Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and services.
