Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Part Time (Bilingual - Spanish) Virtual Health Assessment Team (Virtual Healthcare)

Location: Remote for candidates residing in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Work is performed from a home office, with occasional travel for team meetings and company events. Shifts take place during EST business hours.

What you will do

• Conduct virtual evaluation and management visits for hirify.global members.
• Perform preventive screenings, medication reconciliation, diagnosis, treatment, health coaching, and referrals when clinically appropriate.
• Reach out to members with chronic or suspected health conditions and those less likely to see a primary care provider.
• Identify gaps in members’ care journeys and improve access to licensed providers.
• Cross-train and support virtual urgent care and virtual primary care services.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish
• PA or DNP, FNP, or ENP qualification from an accredited program.
• Board certification through AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.
• Compact RN license for Nurse Practitioners.
• Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or HEDIS quality measures.
• Required state licensure varies by role, including Georgia plus Florida, Texas, or Ohio for applicable practitioners, and Florida licensure for bilingual Nurse Practitioners; ability to obtain additional state licenses is required.
• At least three years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.

Culture & Benefits

• Part-time schedule of at least 16 hours per week.
• Four-, six-, or eight-hour shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday, or 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST Friday and Saturday.
• Only one Saturday shift is required per quarter.
