Security Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap across IAM, MDR, ITDR, and detection and response.
• Lead the definition of MDR tools and operational processes.
• Define and evolve autonomous AI-based SOC capabilities.
• Design the end-to-end incident review and remediation lifecycle, including investigation, root cause analysis, and response workflows.
• Translate security, SOC, and AI concepts into clear product requirements and execution plans.
• Partner with engineering, AI, security research, SOC, go-to-market, sales, and customer success teams to prioritize and deliver scalable capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SOC, penetration testing, or security operations environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise across SOC, XDR, MDR, SIEM, and SOAR.
• Experience owning end-to-end investigations from alert and triage through resolution, including direct work with logs.
• Experience conducting cross-domain investigations across endpoint, email, identity, browser, and network environments.
• Customer-facing experience, including presenting investigation findings and understanding customer pain points.
• Hands-on experience using or building AI for investigations, detection, security features, or daily security tooling, with a strong interest in shaping and owning products.
