Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global is building an AI-native Identity Operating System for enterprise identity and access security, including AI connectors, a live identity graph, and AI agents for identity lifecycle governance.

What you will do

• Own a core product domain end-to-end, from initial discovery to a shipped, market-ready capability.
• Conduct customer interviews, engage with IAM and IGA consultants, and define customer problems and market opportunities.
• Analyze identity governance, non-human identity management, and adjacent security tooling to establish differentiated positioning.
• Translate discovery into product strategy, roadmap, and evidence-based prioritization decisions.
• Partner with R&D on requirements, design reviews, execution, and delivery trade-offs.
• Work with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy and feed customer insights back into the roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity.
• Track record of shipping features addressing security or compliance challenges.
• Technical fluency in identity, access, or security concepts and the ability to create clear product requirements.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and independent ownership of the full product lifecycle.
• Confident, polished English required for customer-facing meetings, discovery sessions, and roadmap presentations.
• Ability to make principled trade-offs in a fast-moving environment with evolving IAM, IGA, and NHI security needs.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with identity workflows, JIT access, or non-human identities.
• Technical customer-facing experience in solutions architecture or cybersecurity consulting.
