Ecommerce Manager (Subscriptions) THG Nutrition | Myprotein

What you will do

• Own the subscriptions strategy and roadmap for Myprotein’s ecommerce business.
• Drive subscription acquisition, conversion, retention, customer lifetime value, and recurring revenue.
• Develop and test propositions, pricing, promotions, benefits, and customer journeys.
• Analyse subscription performance and customer behaviour, track KPIs, and provide commercial recommendations.
• Lead A/B testing and continuous optimisation to reduce churn and increase customer frequency and basket value.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Marketing, Product, Data, Trading, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing or growing a subscription, membership, loyalty, or recurring-revenue proposition.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital customer journeys.
• Experience using data and customer insight to identify growth opportunities.
• Commercial understanding of acquisition, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value.
• Experience with testing and optimisation programmes, performance data, and KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
