Online Product and Trading Manager

Location: Hybrid role based between home and the Bauer Media office in Manchester, UK. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

What you will do

• Manage the online competition range, prize plan, and pricing within the agreed commercial strategy.
• Optimize propositions to balance customer appeal, entry volumes, margins, and engagement.
• Test and refine pricing, prize structures, and competition mechanics.
• Work with Performance Marketing on campaign planning across digital and social channels.
• Own daily and weekly trading performance, monitor KPIs, and report results to the Head of Online.
• Use customer and performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and practical actions while ensuring smooth campaign execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercial, trading, or growth-focused digital role.
• Strong understanding of pricing, propositions, and performance marketing fundamentals.
• Experience owning and delivering against KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Manchester-based working pattern.

• Background in online gaming, competitions, e-commerce, or subscription businesses.
