Senior Python Engineer (Python)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; primarily in-office at the Prague office

What you will do

• Design and build tools that analyze test failures across multi-machine hardware and software stacks.
• Develop distributed, modular infrastructure for automatically triaging failed jobs and grouping related issues through signature matching.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD processes and test infrastructure.
• Use data-driven investigation to identify root causes and improve code delivery for internal engineering teams.
• Coordinate with engineering teams across time zones and introduce new integration tools, analysis modules, and AI-based insights.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Redis.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and Git.
• Proactive ownership and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work from the Prague office under the company's in-office policy, except during approved leave, PTO, or work travel.
