What you will do

• Provide functional and technical expertise for Offer Optimization products, especially Dynamic Pricing.
• Analyze complex customer business problems and define feasible, globally consistent solution recommendations.
• Review client processes, tools, organization, strategy, and objectives to develop detailed technical designs.
• Scope missions, define deliverables and action plans, and coordinate Product, Development, PDA, and technical consulting teams.
• Translate customer feedback into detailed business requirements and influence product evolution.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and support Agile transformation through SAFe ceremonies and incremental delivery.

Requirements

• Strong technical and functional expertise with the ability to analyze and explain complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects or contributing to broad cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.
• Ability to conduct in-depth business analysis and define customer-focused solutions.
• Knowledge of project and risk management practices, Agile ways of working, and SAFe ceremonies.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, developers, technical consulting analysts, customers, and executive sponsors.
• Ability to work from the Irving, Texas office 50% of the time in a hybrid arrangement.
