Social Strategist (German)

Location: EU-Remote; hybrid collaboration with teams in Germany, London, and Amsterdam

What you will do

• Mine cultural trends and consumer insights with junior strategists and turn them into actionable insights and creative briefs.
• Brief and collaborate with creative teams to develop relevant and impactful work.
• Produce strategic documents, recommendations, platform strategies, and publishing strategies.
• Present strategies and work to clients while collaborating with media, creative, and partnership teams.
• Monitor results, analyze performance, and create reports that identify strategic improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a strategic marketing role at a creative agency, media agency, or client-side marketing team.
• Experience developing strategies, briefs, reports, and recommendations independently.
• Experience collaborating with senior and junior strategists, creative teams, media teams, clients, and external partners.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Passion for social media, technology, and popular culture.
