Social Affiliate Specialist (DE & AT)

What you will do

• Execute the social affiliate programme across key platforms and identify, onboard, and engage suitable creators and partners.
• Support affiliate campaigns that increase product visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Communicate with affiliate creators, provide support and creative guidance, and share performance insights.
• Monitor platform analytics and internal dashboards, identifying trends and reporting optimisation opportunities.
• Manage partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals, compliance checks, and reporting.
• Track social commerce trends and contribute to more efficient, scalable affiliate workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce or consumer brands.
• Fluent German and English.
• Understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and content trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, interpersonal, and commercial skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and test new ideas.
