Location: Remote (Must overlap 3-4 hours daily with US Eastern Time)

What you will do

• Design and execute a Content Waterfall System to repurpose long-form content into platform-native shorts and posts.
• Lead and mentor a 5-person editing team, ensuring high standards for hook strength, pacing, and retention.
• Collaborate with the founder on content strategy, brand voice, and creative direction.
• Manage the organic content calendar and publishing cadence across all social channels.
• Analyze performance data to identify winning hooks and themes, feeding insights back to the Paid marketing team.
• Build and maintain SOPs to ensure predictable, high-quality content output.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing content production or editing teams in remote, async environments.
• Proven track record of growing social media platforms with measurable results.
• Deep expertise in short-form content distribution (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on platform-specific metrics.
• Must be able to overlap 3-4 hours daily with US Eastern Time.
• Background in coaching, info-products, or online education is highly preferred.
