What you will do

• Lead research and discovery by interviewing publishers and analyzing payment data to uncover needs.
• Define and design features, translating findings into clear technical requirements.
• Own the product roadmap, deciding what gets built and in what order based on strategic rationale.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple internal product teams, including Payments, Anti-fraud, and Analytics.
• Support post-delivery adoption by preparing documentation and training the sales team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record with subscription, billing, or payments products.
• Deep understanding of subscription economics in games (e.g., battle passes, season passes).
• Expertise in billing mechanics: renewals, proration, dunning, and chargebacks.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to make prioritization calls with incomplete information.
• Must be based in Cyprus, Portugal, France, or Serbia.

• Strategic vision or hands-on experience applying machine learning to churn prediction, retry timing, and dynamic pricing.
