Senior Director, Product & Engineering Enablement (AI): Building and leading the Product & Engineering Enablement function for a modern Product, Engineering and Platform organisation with an accent on operating models, tooling, data, automation and AI adoption. Focus on designing organisational capabilities, optimising technology spend, and improving productivity and decision-making across product and engineering teams.
Location: Staines-upon-Thames, England, United Kingdom; hybrid balance of remote and in-office working with in-person collaboration expected.

What you will do
- Build and lead the Product & Engineering Enablement function.
- Define the vision and operating model for Product, Engineering and Platform teams.
- Simplify, modernise and automate ways of working through technology, data and AI.
- Lead the strategy, governance and evolution of product and engineering tooling.
- Develop product data and insight capabilities that support decision-making.
- Govern and optimise technology spend while improving organisational effectiveness and team productivity.
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience in Product Operations, Product Enablement or Product Platform functions.
- Strong understanding of modern Product Management, Engineering and Platform practices.
- Experience designing operating models and improving organisational effectiveness.
- Expertise in product tooling, workflow automation and platform enablement.
- Experience developing data and insight capabilities for decision support.
- Commercial acumen in technology FinOps, cloud cost optimisation or SaaS portfolio management, plus practical AI implementation experience.
