What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain Trace and X-ray equipment in the field.
• Perform electronic repair and troubleshooting using complex schematics to isolate issues.
• Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Prepare formal reports for customers regarding open issues and equipment performance.
• Provide technical training to customers on equipment usage.
• Collaborate with Technical Support staff to resolve complex equipment issues.

Requirements

• Associate degree or Trade Certification Level 3 Engineering qualification.
• Experience in an electrical or mechanical field service role.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and field repair.
• Must be based in Alexandria, Egypt.
• Ability to travel and work outside normal business hours.
