Principal, Product Management (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for the CMP Pads business across advanced logic and memory markets.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, portfolio, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Lead product lifecycle management from concept and commercialization through end-of-life planning.
• Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments and technology development roadmaps.
• Translate customer and market requirements into product and technology strategies, including engagement with TSMC, Micron, SK hynix, Samsung, and Intel.
• Coordinate R&D, Operations, TPM, MQE, and Supply Chain around strategic priorities and NPI completion.
