Maintenance Planner (Manufacturing)

Salary: $86,240–$129,360 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, outages, shutdowns, regulatory inspections, and corrective maintenance work.
• Coordinate workforce, materials, equipment, contractors, inspections, OEM support, and vendor activities.
• Prioritize and manage work orders, maintenance backlogs, equipment records, and preventive maintenance documentation using BPMS and scheduling software.
• Prepare reports on workloads, performance, delays, backlog, work orders, equipment history, and regulatory activities.
• Coordinate with production, customer service, scheduling, Environmental Health and Safety, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Support spare-parts procurement, inventory control, cost management, staff oversight, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Associate's degree equivalent or completed production maintenance certification required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of equipment and electrical maintenance experience in corrugated manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of corrugated and packaging equipment, electrical maintenance, and mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and environmental issues.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, mathematical, organizational, communication, and safety skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and maintenance scheduling software; ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.
