Senior AI & Automation Analyst (Digital Transformation)

Location: Hybrid role based in Gurugram or Bangalore, India, with a minimum office presence of 3 days per week. Regular collaboration across Central European time zones is required.

What you will do

• Lead the technical workstream for internal automation projects and evaluate global HR system options, integration complexity, data dependencies, and migration execution.
• Design and build automation and integration workflows with Python, n8n, and UiPath, including orchestration, exception handling, retries, monitoring, alerting, and documentation.
• Build enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, SFTP, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop secure AI integrations connecting Claude with HRIS and enterprise systems through MCP servers, connectors, plugins, and agent frameworks.
• Deploy and operate internal applications on AWS with access controls, secrets management, credential rotation, and audit logging.
• Analyze business processes, design scalable target-state architectures, and translate technical requirements into solution designs for 3–6 month projects across Europe and APAC.

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of professional experience in automation engineering, systems integration, solution architecture, or AI application development; exceptional mid-level candidates may also be considered.
• Hands-on experience with Python, n8n, and UiPath, plus demonstrated delivery of automation workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, SFTP, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, Glue, Secrets Manager, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Software engineering fundamentals including Git/GitHub, Docker, structured release management, least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and credential handling.
• Comfort collaborating across European and APAC time zones; Workday or another enterprise HRIS, and n8n Level 1 or Level 2 certification, are strong advantages.

• Experience configuring, integrating, or migrating Workday or other enterprise HRIS platforms.
• n8n Level 1 or Level 2 certification.
