AI Engineer (Machine Learning & Generative AI)

hirify.global is hiring an AI engineer to develop scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions for business-critical applications.

What you will do

• Build end-to-end machine learning solutions for classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting, clustering, anomaly detection, and optimization.
• Perform feature engineering, experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, validation, explainability, and model performance monitoring.
• Design and develop LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, AI copilots, intelligent assistants, and agentic workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, structured outputs, and guardrails for enterprise GenAI applications.
• Develop production-grade AI services, REST APIs, SDKs, reusable components, and microservices.
• Build scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services, Docker, event-driven architectures, and container platforms.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on Python, SQL, machine learning, data analysis, and software engineering experience.
• Experience with Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, TensorFlow or PyTorch, transformers, embeddings, and NLP solutions.
• Experience developing generative AI applications with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic workflows, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, design patterns, SOLID principles, Git, Docker, and AWS services including EKS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.

Nice to have

• Apache Spark and distributed data processing experience.
• Experience with CrewAI or other multi-agent frameworks.
• Experience with OpenSearch, pgvector, vector search, semantic retrieval, knowledge graphs, or GraphRAG.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as SNS, SQS, or Kafka.
