What you will do
- Lead discovery and strategy alignment to identify AI use cases and translate business KPIs into actionable technical priorities.
- Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and data flows for AI-powered experience orchestration.
- Deliver rapid POC and MVP implementations using Cloud AI Studio and Agentic Virtual Agents.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure intent accuracy, retrieval groundedness, and response relevance.
- Architect agentic systems including tool schemas, multi-agent topology, and orchestration logic.
- Mentor customer and internal teams to build long-term AI maturity and self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in AI implementation, CX/CCaaS platform consulting, or technical solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience building and operating LLM-powered agents in production contexts.
- Proficiency with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
- Must be based in Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience with industry verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, or Public Sector.
- Proficiency in additional languages for the EMEA region.
