Senior Automation & AI Specialist (m/f/d) (AI)

What you will do

• Translate R&D business and user requirements into system, process, and automation solutions.
• Design, implement, test, and continuously improve automated workflows, AI-augmented data flows, and AI agents.
• Ensure stable data flows, high data quality, and reliable system operations.
• Operate and further develop collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint, monday.com, and SwiftKanban, including application support.
• Support change adoption through onboarding, release communication, and user enablement.
• Work with hirify.global IT, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position, depending on educational credentials.
• Strong understanding of business process and R&D process automation.
• Practical experience with scripting languages such as Python or VBA; software development skills are an advantage.
• Knowledge of data integration and data exchange, including between SAP applications and other systems.
• Proficiency in German and English, written and spoken, is required.
