What you will do

• Translate R&D business requirements into effective system and automation solutions.
• Design, implement, and test AI-augmented data flows and AI agents.
• Ensure stable data integration between SAP and other R&D systems.
• Operate and develop R&D collaboration tools like SharePoint and monday.com.
• Support change adoption through user onboarding and communication.
• Collaborate with IT, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Practical experience with Python or VBA.
• Strong understanding of business process and R&D automation.
• Knowledge of data integration and exchange, specifically with SAP.
