What you will do

• Mine, prioritize, and translate emerging social, cultural, audience, platform, and technology signals into actionable strategies.
• Decode trends, subcultures, movements, niche communities, and consumer conversations to identify relevant opportunities for brands.
• Monitor platform updates, manage breaking-news opportunities, and analyze comments to uncover consumer patterns and insights.
• Conduct social listening, content audits, and research using native platforms, syndicated data, and behavioral tools.
• Analyze in-market creative performance and collaborate with creative teams on real-time content optimization.
• Develop insights deliverables, presentations, and strategic recommendations for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social listening, syndicated data analysis, research design, or strategic insights development.
• Strong curiosity and ability to investigate cultural context, nuances, subcultures, and niche topics.
• Ability to combine analytical and creative thinking with strategic judgment.
• Experience reviewing qualitative and quantitative research and behavioral data to identify distinctive insights.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive approach to identifying opportunities and acting on them.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in New York, NY, with required office attendance.
