Account Supervisor (Digital Marketing)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Hybrid schedule with teams in the office an average of four days a week.

Salary: $60,000–$120,000 USD base salary per year.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day activities and creative execution for integrated campaigns supporting a global consumer packaged goods product launch.
• Act as the main client liaison, building relationships and providing counsel while securing approvals for briefs, budgets, and creative materials.
• Lead cross-functional teams across creative, project management, production, media, PR, sister agencies, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain creative briefs, estimates, timelines, media plans, status reports, agendas, and conference reports.
• Organize client presentations and meetings, review work before submission, and proactively resolve delivery risks.
• Interpret campaign results and recommend program enhancements or changes.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of account management experience, including at least 2 years leading a large brand client.
• Experience with integrated agency teams; media agency partnership experience is required.
• Strong digital marketing experience across integrated campaigns, including media, paid search, social, display, programmatic, SEO, content, and UX.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and partners.
• Ability to present ideas and strategies to senior-level clients, anticipate questions, and take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
