People Analytics Specialist

Location: Remote-first within Brazil, with the option to work from São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

What you will do

• Own complex and ambiguous People Analytics problems from organizational hypothesis framing through methodological validation and decision-making.
• Design new data products, predictive models, experiments, and analytical approaches for workforce and organizational challenges.
• Build reliable data products that serve as accurate sources of truth for the People Team and managers.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear narratives for senior stakeholders, leadership, and C-level audiences.
• Partner with HRBPs, managers, and Data Engineering to deliver strategic workforce insights.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and raise the team's technical standards.

Requirements

• Professional experience in People Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytical field applied to organizational or workforce challenges.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and predictive analysis, including areas such as turnover prediction or organizational network analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills for working with large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of statistics and applied methodology, including experimental design, hypothesis validation, and model evaluation.
• Experience communicating technical findings to senior stakeholders and mentoring or technically leading less experienced analysts.
• Fluent Portuguese and advanced English required; English is used for code, documentation, tools, reference materials, and meetings with international stakeholders.
