Cloud Development Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud engineers.
• Oversee reusable cloud patterns and ready-to-consume platform solutions.
• Partner with application teams to migrate existing systems and build cloud-native applications on AWS and hybrid architectures.
• Improve the developer cloud onboarding experience and accelerate public cloud adoption.
• Define product features, roadmap priorities, and the strategic direction of the cloud platform.
• Drive security, availability, scalability, cloud governance, and regulatory compliance across production deployments.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience with deep public cloud expertise, preferably AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Technical Lead in cloud-native development or platform engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building secure, highly available, and scalable systems in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and integration with on-premise systems, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
