AI Architect (Agentic AI)

Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Design and evolve end-to-end AI and Agentic AI architectures for enterprise-scale innovation.
• Translate business objectives into high-impact, coherent technical strategies.
• Act as a technical authority ensuring quality, scalability, and security in all AI solutions.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and engineers toward architectural excellence.
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technology to ensure operational goals are met.
• Foster a culture of technical rigor and responsible AI adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale AI or ML architectures in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience building and governing end-to-end AI systems including production deployment.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures, cloud-native solutions, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and RAG architectures (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP) and associated AI platforms.
• Solid understanding of MLOps frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.

• Exposure to edge AI or on-premise AI deployments in regulated industries.
• Advanced studies (Master’s or PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Architecture.
• Professional certifications in cloud architectures and MLOps frameworks.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
