Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States. In-office culture in San Francisco; relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle for 1–2 upper mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Lead discovery sessions and map customers’ operational and financial workflows across goods, information, and money.
• Translate process flows into product designs, data models, workflows, integrations, and configurations within the hirify.global ERP platform.
• Build new product capabilities and solutions for larger clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migrations, and support UAT, training, and go-live.
• Improve product and customer lifecycle processes through automation and AI while contributing to team best practices.

Requirements

• On-site work in San Francisco or New York City is required.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management at a technology company.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience is required.
• Strong systems-thinking, analytical, customer and stakeholder management, and business acumen skills.
• Ability to understand complex engineering and logic problems from first principles and synthesize solutions quickly.
• Experience working in high-pressure environments and strong appetite for operational and technical detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with ERP platforms beyond the required implementation background.
