Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Salary: €100,000–€150,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own complex product features end-to-end, from architecture and data modeling to performant user interfaces.
• Translate product ideas and designs into pixel-perfect, production-grade interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and component libraries.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define scope, shape technical direction, and deliver features.
• Evolve backend infrastructure and the frontend design system for consistency, scalability, and developer velocity.
• Improve developer experience, introduce new capabilities, and drive innovation across the stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional fullstack engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience delivering high-quality features across frontend and backend systems.
• Strong architectural skills and the ability to design clean, maintainable, and scalable systems end-to-end.
• Experience designing and implementing REST, GraphQL, or gRPC APIs and integrating them into user interfaces.
• Strong communication skills, ownership, autonomy, empathy, and collaborative working style.
