Senior Fullstack Engineer (Backend leaning)

What you will do

• Build patient and doctor experiences, financial systems, and AI-powered products across the platform.
• Develop tools, flows, and experiences that improve practice onboarding and reduce time-to-value.
• Help practices adopt and expand their use of the platform independently.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver user-centric features.
• Contribute to defining, maintaining, and improving architecture and engineering best practices.
• Work across the full development lifecycle and take ownership from concept through implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience with data and API modelling and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on PostgreSQL performance optimization.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle.
• Pragmatic mindset, strong ownership, and excellent communication skills.
