Forward Deployed Software Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-driven financial operating system for European healthcare, automating administrative workflows across patient care, billing, and payments.

What you will do

• Work with Commercial, Product, Engineering, and customers to identify high-impact workflow and operational problems.
• Build end-to-end AI-powered workflows, internal tools, customer-specific automations, dashboards, data migrations, and integrations using TypeScript, React, AWS, and modern AI/LLM tooling.
• Own solutions from discovery and design through implementation, production release, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Join customer conversations to understand workflows, validate assumptions, and translate operational complexity into software solutions.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments without fully defined specifications or step-by-step plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure reliability, security, observability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Several years of software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong TypeScript and React experience, with the ability to work across the stack, including APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Practical experience building AI/LLM-based workflows.
• Strong customer curiosity, product judgment, pragmatism, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
