China – Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician (T) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide shift-based online support for continuous production lines and maintain equipment performance against quality, yield, cost, utilization, and cycle-time targets.
• Monitor and report machine status and issues to equipment engineering leaders and engineers.
• Perform final-test product conversions, maintain 6S standards, and support smooth production-line operation.
• Improve machine uptime, utilization, MTBA, and MTBF through troubleshooting and maintenance support.
• Follow up on engineering projects, train operators on machine operation, and maintain spare-parts issue and replacement records.

Requirements

• Diploma in engineering or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with maintenance and troubleshooting experience on Assy DA equipment.
• Experience with TOP equipment and processes, machine troubleshooting, alarm handling, machine status checks, and device changes.
• Experience with routine preventive maintenance of machines and tooling, including machine alarm analysis and report generation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; workable English required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
