Business - Project Manager I (Data Center)

Location: Chantilly, Virginia; Phoenix, Arizona; Lenexa, Kansas; Houston, Texas; Denver, Colorado; or New York City, New York, United States. Occasional travel of 10–15% may be required.

Salary: $83,600–$125,400 in Denver or $92,720–$139,080 in New York.

What you will do

• Manage execution and client experience for small- to medium-scope projects and support larger, more complex projects.
• Assist with proposals, contracts, project fees, budgets, deliverables, and financial performance.
• Coordinate project teams, design and drafting activities, schedules, quality expectations, and applicable standards.
• Serve as the primary project contact, maintain client communication, and resolve project-related conflicts and requests.
• Support program project execution and communication where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business required; relevant AEC or Professional Services experience may substitute for the education requirement.
• Three years of relevant experience, including at least two years of project management exposure; at least seven years of experience is required without a degree.
• MEP design experience and a fundamental understanding of building design and construction principles.
• Basic proficiency in project management standards and execution.
• Ability to influence and motivate others, with effective collaboration, communication, and organization skills.
• Proficiency in all core competencies described in the posting, including communication, integrity, quality orientation, teamwork and inclusion, continuous learning, and functional/technical expertise.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification and background checks are required.
