Fraud Analyst (AI)

hirify.global provides real-time bot and agent trust management, using AI-driven traffic analysis to protect websites, applications, APIs, and MCPs from fraud and automated attacks.

What you will do

• Develop deep expertise in fraud patterns across customer traffic, including account takeover and fake subscriptions.
• Improve the long-term quality of fraud detection across the product line.
• Analyze and report on customer fraud cases.
• Act as a power user in fraud detection product development and recommend UI improvements and new detection signals.
• Work with Solution Engineers to capture customer insights, meet detection performance expectations, and influence product evolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interest in data exploration and analysis.
• Good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Mastery of Python and SQL.
• Experience with cybersecurity, web threats, or fraud, plus the ability to automate tasks with scripting and AI.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing bots as a personal project.
• Experience using Kibana and Elasticsearch.
• Previous experience in technical support and willingness to discuss cases directly with product end users.
