Data Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; hybrid schedule with one day per week onsite and four days remote

What you will do

• Manage data-related requests through Jira workflows and represent user and partner interests through data quality initiatives.
• Coordinate between business and development teams to ensure data moves correctly through systems.
• Interpret file mappings and conduct data testing across multiple platforms and formats.
• Support data migration initiatives and the data architecture roadmap through analysis, documentation, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, normalization, and conversion.
• Support requirements gathering, data-use documentation, UAT, validation, and strategic leadership projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in data operations analysis, querying, and manipulating data for analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Experience with relational data architecture and data transformation, normalization, and conversion.
• Experience with AI prompting for data analytics and agent building.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent soft skills, multitasking ability, and efficient time management.
