Chief Medical Officer

hirify.global is building an AI-powered platform that trains, enables, and supports family caregivers while helping health plans and government partners verify and improve care delivered at home.

What you will do

• Advise the CEO and executive team on clinical strategy, care model evolution, and external positioning.
• Build the clinical narrative for pediatrics, adult home health, and senior care.
• Act as the external clinical face of hirify.global with payors, health systems, state regulators, and industry organizations.
• Own the evidence strategy with analytics and clinical operations, including outcomes programs, whitepapers, peer-reviewed work, and industry publications.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, roundtables, and advisory forums while developing its speaking, media, and thought leadership platform.
• Partner with payor strategy, product, technology, commercial, operations, and data teams to connect clinical outcomes with business results.

Requirements

• Physician with an MD or DO, active or recent clinical practice, and board certification in a relevant specialty such as internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, or palliative care.
• Established platform and reputation in home-based care, value-based care, Medicaid, or complex population health.
• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical outcomes into commercial wins.
• Published work, conference-speaking experience, payor relationships, and comfort with media and external-facing work.
• Fluency in HEDIS, CAHPS, risk adjustment, total cost of care, and value-based arrangements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally as a connective clinical leader and operate effectively in an ambiguous, category-creating environment.
