Senior Recruiter (GTM) (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah; hybrid with in-office work 3–4 days per week

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annually, plus equity and potential signing bonus

hirify.global is building a modern B2B card payments and spend management platform for commercial fleets, vehicles, and drivers.

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting pipeline from sourcing through offer close for critical GTM roles.
• Partner with senior hiring leaders to define roles, build job descriptions, shape interviews, and develop hiring strategy.
• Lead creative sourcing and employer branding initiatives while monitoring top-of-funnel and response-rate metrics.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and close candidates by communicating hirify.global’s mission, problem space, and values.
• Build scalable recruiting workflows and systems using data, AI, and improved tooling.
• Support hiring across Business, Engineering, Product, and other teams as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on building GTM teams.
• Proven ability to find and hire high-quality talent while balancing speed and quality.
• Daily use of AI tools and interest in applying tools such as Claude and BrightHire.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, stakeholder-management, and candidate-relationship skills.
• Ability to operate independently, create structure in ambiguous situations, and maintain momentum.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, Utah and able to work in the office 3–4 days per week.

• Combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, or Gem.
• Background in fintech, payments, B2B SaaS, or financial services.
