AI Engagement Manager

Location: On-site in New York City, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, or San Francisco; in-person work at the office 4–5 days per week required.

Salary: $160,000–$195,000 base salary; $185,500–$220,000 OTE, plus equity, benefits, and commission.

What you will do

• Guide high-value and complex customers through implementation, aligning launches with business goals and accelerating time-to-value.
• Help clients embed AI into daily workflows, decision-making, and core operations.
• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving adoption and measurable return on investment.
• Design repeatable product rollout and long-term success strategies across customer types.
• Lead data-driven discussions connecting AI performance with client KPIs and business objectives.
• Provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve the platform.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in asset management, preferably real estate, consulting, or client strategy within a technology or startup environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise clients on business transformation initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations.
• Interest in emerging technology and the real-world impact of AI.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, building playbooks from scratch, prioritizing effectively, and operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
