What you will do
- Conduct legal research on operational and compliance topics.
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation and databases.
- Respond to legal inquiries and requests for documentation.
- Conduct due diligence, gather information, and support legal projects.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and monitor relevant regulations and legal trends.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the second or third academic year of a Juris Doctor (JD) program.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
