Legal Intern

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule with 1–2 days per week in the NYC office and remote work for approximately 15–20 hours per week. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $23.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.

What you will do

• Support lawyers on transactional, litigation, and corporate matters.
• Research legal issues and draft memoranda.
• Review agreements and other legal documents.
• Attend client meetings and negotiations.
• Handle varied assignments within the Legal, Ethics & Trust Department.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.
• Available from September 2026 through the end of the Fall 2026 semester.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong written and oral communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Background or coursework in technology, media, or similar industries.
• Prior law firm, judicial internship, or related internship experience.
• Experience handling confidential information discreetly.
