AI Validation Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Identify integration risks early by participating in product discussions before implementation.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across frontend, backend, APIs, agents, and external services.
• Design scalable validation approaches for rapidly evolving AI-powered products.
• Use AI tools to improve testing efficiency, increase coverage, and automate repetitive validation work.
• Test and evaluate agent systems, RAG pipelines, orchestration flows, and AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Field teams to improve release confidence and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Experience in software testing, system integration, quality engineering, SRE, DevOps, or a related field.
• Experience validating APIs, distributed systems, SaaS platforms, or cloud services.
• Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Understanding of automation frameworks and CI/CD, with the ability to investigate complex issues across multiple system layers.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and system reliability practices.
• Experience with enterprise software or cybersecurity products.
